According to recent skill development report, it is found out that half of the India’s population is less than 25 years of age, that is, 600 million. So, the need of employing this population is greater than ever. To meet the industry needs, around 80 million people would require vocational training, and 460 million people would require retraining, in the next 5 years alone. But, not many educational institutes are available to train the population. There is a huge gap in the demand and supply of vocational education. India needs quality institutes to impart vocational training to masses.
TTA is a multi-domain Academy for job oriented professional and vocational training programs, founded by Mr. Amit Agrawal in the hearts of Oxford of East, Pune. Times and Trends Academy’s birth is an outcome of extensive research and Amit’s experience of delivering education to teenagers, youths and professionals across diverse industry segments for over a decade and a half. Times and Trends Academy is formed with the vision to inspire and instruct others on how to improve their lives and achieve peace of mind, financial freedom and a career for life.
TTA stands apart from the rest of the institutes because of its three USPs:
1) We all know that theoretical knowledge is not useful unless it is accompanied by practical experience. We at Times and Trends Academy make sure that students from each domain are getting the best practical knowledge through industry visits and other initiatives. We also make sure that students are well aware of the technical aspect of their field.
2) Along with detailed curriculum we have well qualified faculty to teach the same. We also have E Learning programs to keep the student in constant touch with the study material.
3) In order to build entrepreneurs amongst our students we have started an initiative called “Incubator” which will help aspiring businessmen and entrepreneurs in translating potential concepts into successful business ventures.
