Time Management Online Program
’ at Times and Trends Academy (TTA). The workshop was held for all students of the institute. Entrepreneurs, IT Professionals, Professors attended the workshop to learn various techniques that allowed them to save time.
Amit Agrawal said, “The main challenge for the students and professionals is to manage the time. If they learn the technique of prioritizing, I think they are opening the door to happiness and success. The problem lies in the fact that we are not able to decide which task is supposed to be done when, and how much time has to be allocated to that task. And this leads to frustration. And without time management skills, it is almost impossible to come out of this maze. We are always caught up.”
Amit continued, “Even I had faced a lot of issues relating to time management when I started my career. But, over the time, I think I have been able to devise mechanisms that help me save a lot of time. And this is effective time management that I have learnt and implemented. I have been able to teach the same to several other students and working professionals in their life who are now successful.”
The ‘Time Management for Busy People’ was a two-way interactive workshop where the interaction between the audience and Amit Agrawal was frequent. A lot of questions were also raised during the workshop. Simran Inamdar, an interior design student, asked, “A lot of time goes wasted in waiting like waiting for the bus, or class to begin. So, how can we prevent this wasting of time?” To this, Mr. Amit replied, “Well, sometimes situations are beyond your control. While waiting for a bus, it might always happen that bus can arrive late. So, you need to start utilizing this time by doing something else.”
“You can keep notes handy that can be read during this time. You can even start reading a book. Another best way to utilize this time is to update the to-do list. You can always note down a list of things that are to be done for the day or week or month. So, spare time is the best time to schedule future events. The idea is to start planning your day effectively. If you start planning and scheduling tasks, you will be able to emerge successful in the event.”
“Team Management can help anyone achieve goals in a shorter time and let you be efficient. To be successful, you need to learn to manage your time. Once you learn time management, you will be able to devote time to your personal needs or can engage yourself in things that your life.”
