The Unlimited You Online Program : Know Your Fullest Potential
Amit Agrawal, Founder and Chairman, Times and Trends Academy (TTA), began the ‘The Unlimited You’ workshop by quoting Abraham Lincoln’s famous quote ‘And in the end, it’s not the years in your life that count. It’s the life in your years.’ He added, “It is all about how much you utilize yourself.”
‘The Unlimited You Online Program’
workshop was conducted at Times and Trends Academy (TTA) for all students, working professionals and entrepreneurs by Amit Agrawal. The workshop was conducted to help all the aspirants realize their full potential, and thereby achieve way more than their goals. Amit shared admirable anecdotes, including his own story on achieving success by unleashing the full potential in him. “Realizing your full potential is very instrumental, and directly proportional to success. Most of us underestimate our own true potential. We are very sceptical about our own abilities. We keep on questioning our capabilities even before trying them.”
“The battle is already lost in our minds even before we actually begin things on grounds. We cannot ever accomplish anything because we are ‘overly self-critical.’ Most of us fail to even realize half of our potential. How can we expect the best outcomes if we do not use true potential?” The full-packed auditorium pondered each time when such questions were raised by Amit.
Nikhil Sonawane, an Event Management student from Times and Trends Academy (TTA), said, “I really loved the workshop. The various approaches discussed by Amit sir like developing strong relationships with oneself and improving emotional health will be very helpful to my career. I could relate to every single element discussed, and all of these are my takeaways from the workshop. I am thankful to Amit sir and Times and Trends Academy (TTA) for such an amazing workshop.”
Mr. Amit touched many such important issues that are commonly the hurdles for people. He added, “Self introspection is necessary, but you cannot be self-critical at all times and obstruct yourself from achieving your goals. All you need to do is build self-esteem.” And he shared many small practices that would help the audience to build self-esteem.
Amit continued, “I think the challenge is that people give very less time to analyse themselves. Ideally, one should analyse their strengths and weaknesses. And then start working on weaknesses, and subsequently learn to bank on his or her strength.”
Pankaj Patel, another Times and Trends Academy (TTA) student, asked Mr. Amit, “If there was one thing that you would want me to practice that makes me realize the true potential, then what would that be?” To this question, Mr. Amit replied, “One of the simplest and most effective things that I and my hundreds of students have benefitted from is that: ‘Never stop learning’ attitude. The moment you stop learning, you stop growing. Just make sure that you are always better than what you were yesterday, keep learning constructive things, no matter how small they are.”
