People who aspire to join the gym have one universal problem, “When should I hit the gym?” “Should it be in the morning, or should it be in the evening?”

Starting out early will be more fruitful for you. You are thinking of going to the gym with a purpose in your mind. Therefore, to achieve that purpose you need to put in efforts as well. One is highly energetic in the mornings. You can use that energy for your workouts. Obstacles are less, one of them being heavy traffic. One feels good after a good work out, and this feel-good factor is carried throughout the day.

Hitting the gym at night can be a nightmare! One is drained of energy at the end of the day; a good reason to keep you away from the gym. Another, if the gym is a few kilometres away driving through thick traffic can be maddening. Phew! Profit is analogous to the example above. Experts draw out the profits at the end of the year.
